Val has received proper vet care including: regular dewormings with Panacure, flea prevention(Advantage), and he has already received four set of vaccinations against Canine Distemper ? Advenovirus Type 2, Parainfulenza, and Parvovirus, and two intranasal Kennel cough (Bordetella Bronchiseptica) vaccines. He received his Rabies vaccination on 16th, xxxx.)The vaccination documentation and the health report will be provided to his new home.
