I have had it for about 8 years, never a problem, it still is in excellent condition, also will include the hat frame for embroidering ball caps, the fast frames which are for doing purses and sleeves etc, there is a double set of hoops, so 2 of each of the 4 sizes also lots of threads and backings. and the PE Design software up to version 6, you will need a computer to use the software program. and it will not download on a computer with 64 bits....only works with the 32 bit. also will give you lots of floppy disks that have designs on them, and an external floppy drive so you can save designs on there and use it in the machine, or you can also use a usb cable to just transfer the designs directly to the machine.
