Job Summary
Assists the Vice President with the day to day maintenance of facilities, supply management and oversee installation of Credit Union digital equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Address and resolve Facilities issues (e.g. plumbing, lights etc.)
Deliver mail and/or equipment to branch locations as needed
Assess and report on janitorial issues
Maintain inventory records of furniture and other non-technical equipment
Install and uninstall electronic devices on Credit Union property
Purchase, organize and distribute supplies for all branch locations
Communicate with vendors to complete facility issues
Move furniture, boxes, cabinets, shelving and other non-technical equipment as needed
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area
Assist in testing the disaster recovery/business continuity plans and procedures
Assist in generating annual budget for supplies
Implement and manage a preventative maintenance schedule for all facilities systems
Coordinate environmental health and safety for all branch locations
Maintain records for all city, county and state inspections for all branch locations
